“Madia Insurance Agency is a family-owned business that has been around for several decades and sells personal and business insurances. About two years ago, I got insurance quotes from several companies, and I thought that Madia Insurance had the best communication, coverage, and premiums. Through them, I bought home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies through Erie. Since then, my husband and I needed to use our auto insurance one time to replace a windshield that cracked from a rock. My husband said that Madia said that Erie would cover only a non-BMW windshield, so we got that windshield through their recommended repair shop. Unfortunately, BMW told us that the non-BMW windshield does not work well with the camera. Important information to know, but we are still using that windshield.”
